Natasha Walk (1969) is data-hacker, analyst, talent coach and trusted advisor in one, based on more than twenty years of experience in applied commercial analytics. Besides her leadership in delivering data-driven insights that create business value for clients, she also helps to develop analytical talent and build team capabilities.

Graduated in business economics at Tilburg University, she started her career in 1993 as analyst at database marketing pioneer Beute Pereira Van der Kooij, later acquired by global Acxiom Marketing Technologies. From the start she teamed up with Edwin Kooge and both have continued joint careers as business partners ever since. In 2000 they accepted a role as Managing Consultant at VODW Marketing, shaping the new Marketing Intelligence practice. Instead of becoming partner in this marketing strategy consultancy firm, they chose to co-found MIcompany as a specialist commercial analytics agency in 2006. 

As partner Natasha delivered actionable insights for high-impact strategic decision making to blue chip clients in telecom, finance, energy, transport, travel, retail and charities. Furthermore she was initiator and program director of MIacademy, a three-year training program that aims to develop high performing analytical teams, acknowledged as best practice for investing in strong analytical capabilities. 

In 2014 Walk and Kooge started MetrixLab Big Data Analytics as a joint venture with MetrixLab, a Macromill Group company, that has successfully delivered an advanced marketing dashboard solution, linking research data and social data to customer data, providing a holistic perspective on market, brand and customer performance.
